This week, less training. Reason due to my mind gone haywire.
Yesterday the only almost-an-hour-activity done,cycling. Semenyih to Ulu Beranang.
My average speed is getting better. Hitting almost 29km/h. 30km/h is in sight at this stage i think.
19-20k long run wont be possible this week,but there's still the chance.Either Saturday or Sunday.
Lets just wait and see.
