HPC

This posting is the first posting related to the automotive industry. For a track junkie, going for track day is a real orgasmic experience. Me, im just a track virgin. Only experienced it twice and more to come. It depends on my financial situation. Starting this year, one SIC track session has increased from RM200 to RM300. Not much for someone with deep pocket but me,a student,it is a big deal. I dont have that much of moo-lah just to go around 5km loop round and round. Why would SIC management increased the fees, it is beyond me. They should just stick with RM200 like how it used to be. I'm not from the Batu 3 generation, so i dont know how much it is back then per session.

If those people really want to to develop the grassroot level, please lah make it more affordable for such a young chap like me. Do you expect people like us to go touge every weekend night? Layan corner? Come to think of it, i should try that once. More like how Mt. Akina ricerboy.

Energizer Night Race 2010


It's confirmed. I've registered for the night run. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. The registration went smoothly. Just love online payment. Both Putrajaya Night Run and Energizer Night Run i used Maybank2u. No more P.O or M.O like i used to do. Two half marathon in just one month gap between them. Nice.

LSD 16K

LSD in the early morning 7am,well it is early for me considering i normally do my run in the evening. What is LSD? Long slow distance. Run at a comfort pace without having much target on your timing. 16km is my longest LSD ever. Never done this before although i did participate in Malakoff 26K back in Penang a while ago which is longer than a half marathon. Participate without proper training plan. This time around, i'll try to have a better timing.

Putrajaya Night Run can be consider as my first run with proper training. Not really. This last 2 weeks supposed to be tapering week where you cut your mileage rather than accumulate the running mileage. I've been missing from running session for the whole post week exam period. More into cycling during that time. Might be putting some entry on my first long distance ride on some other entry.

This is the longest boredom of running experience i've ever experienced to be honest. Running in circle for more than 20 rounds on the same tarmac, pounding and pounding all the way. My usual running spot, Taman Tasik Lakeside. Was considering going back and forth to the Uni, since i could bump into the hilly up and down road. Nah, by the time i go up and down i would already be fried up. Having tattoed like arm as Tim Commerford is not something i'm longing for.

To my surprised, i did approximately 16km in 1:34:51. That is like 5:54min/km. Never expect such outcome anyway. If this how i would perform during the Putrajaya half marathon, i might break the barrier of clocking within 2:05:00. Not much expectation for the run on 06/02/10,just targetting to be below 2:15:00. Gain and Loss

Terasa nak bercakap bab kesihatan plak kali ni. Selalu dengar orang cakap, aku dah jogging tasik 3-4 round dh td. Perut aku duk macam tu jugak. Aku dah kurang makan dah, tiap tiap hari dari 4 kali makan jadi 2 kali x pun skali ja la ni. Dah seminggu aku workout, badan aku maintain ja duk macam ni. Tu la ayat-ayat yang selalu sangat orang duk cakap.

Kalau setakat duk exercise baru seminggu hari-hari, mengharap kurang buncit memang tak nampak la beza dia. Mau ada pun sikit ja. Benda macam ni kena konsisten.Biar la tak nampak mirror effect makin fit kat depan cermin tu, yang penting kita kena konsisten mau nak exercise ni. Dah seminggu x nampak berubah-ubah, terus stop sebab macam x da rasa apa2 mau exercise pun. Consistency is the key here. Its mind over matter sometimes.
